Your personal map is private. Companions must accept an invitation to join a trip. The organizer chooses what to include in a public link, can set an expiry and can revoke it. Public photos and story cards have EXIF removed; places marked “Lived” are excluded from public stories.

Do I need to install an app?
No. Atlas runs in a browser on your phone and computer. Sign in to open your personal map.
Can I add photos from an iPhone?
Yes. Select images from your device. Atlas supports HEIC, keeps the original and makes a preview. Location and dates are used when they are present in the file.
Can other people see my places?
Not by default. Shared trips are available to companions who accept an invitation. A public link contains only available material explicitly selected by the organizer.
How do I join?
The first version requires a single-use invitation link from an Atlas user. Open registration is not available yet.
Can I download my photos?
Yes. You can download stored originals from your personal atlas and finished images with a post caption from the studio.
